Terms of Use

Last updated: March 2026

Hello and welcome to Stadium Guide Book, the independent, fan-powered guide to football grounds around the world, away days, best pubs, parking tips, ticket advice and honest atmosphere reviews!

We’re a tiny team of passionate supporters (not linked to any clubs, leagues, or official bodies), and we put this site together purely to help other fans have cracking days out at matches up and down the country.

By browsing, reading, or using anything on stadiumguidebook.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time (football changes fast, after all). Any changes will be posted here with the new date, and we’ll highlight big ones on the homepage if needed. Your continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.

How you can use the Site

The Site is here for your personal enjoyment and planning. Tthink of it as a digital mates’ chat about grounds.

You can:

  • Read the guides
  • Share links to pages with friends (for personal, non-commercial use)
  • Contact us with tips, corrections, or photos (we love that!)

You agree to use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Please don’t:

  • Copy, reproduce, adapt, distribute, or sell any part of the Site or its content without our prior written permission (we’re happy to chat about fair use, like crediting us!)
  • Use it in any way that could harm the Site, overload servers, hack it, or interfere with how it works
  • Scrape or systematically extract data (beyond normal browsing)
  • Post anything unlawful, abusive, or offensive if we ever add comment features

If you spot something wrong or have a great recommendation (new pub near Accrington Stanley? Spill it!), email us at contact@stadiumguidebook.com and we’ll credit contributors where possible.

Our content and your reliance on it

We do our best to keep guides accurate, up-to-date, and helpful, based on fan experiences and research. But we’re not official, and things change. Stands get renamed, pubs close, kick-off times shift, ticket rules evolve.

All info, opinions, photos (credited to owners), reviews, and tips are provided “as is” for entertainment and general guidance only. Nothing here is official club/league advice, professional recommendation, or guarantee.

We can’t be held responsible for any loss, inconvenience, disappointment, or damage (direct or indirect) from using (or not being able to use) the Site or relying on its content. Use at your own risk – always double-check key details like travel, tickets, or safety with official sources.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, text (except quoted/credited bits), logos, layout, and original content are © Copyright Stadium Guide Book (or our contributors where noted). All rights reserved.

You can view and print pages for personal use, but no commercial copying, repurposing, or competing use without our written okay.

Photos remain the copyright of their owners (we credit them), so please respect that.

Third-party links and content

We link to other sites (e.g., club pages for tickets, Google Maps for directions, or fan forums). These have their own terms and privacy policies and once you click away, you’re on their turf, so we’re not responsible for their content, practices, or what happens there.

Limitation of our liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we exclude all liability for:

  • Any interruptions, bugs, viruses, or downtime (we try hard, but no site’s perfect)
  • Loss of data, profits, or any indirect/consequential damages
  • Anything arising from your use of the Site

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death/personal injury from negligence, fraud, or anything we can’t legally limit.

Applicable law

These Terms (and any dispute about them or the Site) are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes go to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Thanks for being here!

We’re grateful you’re part of the groundhopping community. If you’ve got questions, feedback, or just want to rave about your last trip to Anfield or a non-league gem, get in touch at contact@stadiumguidebook.com.

Enjoy the beautiful game. Safe travels, and see you on the terraces!
